Terms and Conditions (விதிமுறைகள் & நிபந்தனைகள்)

1. Acceptance of Terms & Our Operating Model

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Couple", or "Vendor") and BringLeads, operating the platform Namma Kalyanam (nammakalyanam.in). By accessing or using our directory, search tools, or Muhurtham calendar, you agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Directory Listings & Price Indications

Our directory contains three classes of listings:

• Unclaimed Listings: Information aggregated from public municipal records, trade directories, and open web maps. While curated with care, parameters such as current pricing, EB generator policies, and hall availability must be verified directly with the establishment.
• Claimed Trial Listings: Managed by verified owners during their initial onboarding evaluation.
• Namma Verified Listings: Establishment owners who have completed identity verification and maintain current contact details on Namma Kalyanam.

Pricing indications (such as per-leaf catering rates, basic mandapam rent, or 2-day photography packages) are estimates provided for budgeting. Vendors reserve the sole right to adjust quotes based on wedding season demand, guest headcount, and specific custom requirements.

4. Vendor Listing, Trials & Subscriptions

Wedding service providers listing their business agree to the following terms:

• Listing Accuracy Warranty: Vendors warrant that all information submitted (amenities, licensing, FSSAI registration, photos, capacities) is truthful and belongs to their establishment.
• 90-Day Free Trial: Newly claimed listings receive 90 days of full verified listing features at zero cost. No credit card is required to claim a profile.
• Paid Partner Subscriptions: Upon trial expiration, vendors may choose to subscribe to the annual Namma Verified Partner Plan. All subscription fees are billed annually via direct UPI / bank transfer with official GST invoicing.
• No Auto-Debit: We do not store credit cards or set up recurring automated debits. Renewals require explicit vendor confirmation.
• Zero Booking Commission: All revenue generated from couples contacting your establishment is 100% yours. We never claim commissions or referral percentages.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:

• Scraping, crawling, or extracting phone numbers, email addresses, or database records using automated bots or scrapers for commercial resale.
• Filing fraudulent business ownership claims for establishments you do not own or manage.
• Submitting defamatory, fake, or extortionary reviews against competing wedding vendors.
• Circumventing platform security controls or injecting malicious code into inquiry forms.

6. Reviews & Community Moderation

Namma Kalyanam enforces an unbiased review policy. Under Indian consumer protection guidelines:

• Vendors cannot pay to remove legitimate negative customer reviews.
• All reviews require verified phone or WhatsApp identity confirmation before publication to prevent competitor sabotage.
• Reviews containing hate speech, obscenity, or demonstrably false factual allegations will be moderated after an audit.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Namma Kalyanam and BringLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from vendor cancellations, date disputes, power outages at venues, or wedding contract defaults.

Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
